Who is responsible
AMOSES CLOTHING LLC operates Amosesclothing at https://amosesclothing.us and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us at support@amosesclothing.us or 117 S Lexington St STE 11964, Harrisonville, MO 64701-2444 for privacy questions or requests.
Information we use
When you buy, we receive your order contents, order and payment references, payment status, contact details and delivery address from Stripe as needed to manage the purchase. If you contact support, we use the information you choose to provide. Our hosting infrastructure processes request information such as IP address, requested page, time, browser information and error status for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Do not send card details or other unnecessary sensitive information to our support address.
Payment data and Stripe
Stripe hosts the payment form and handles payment credentials, fraud checks and payment processing. Our storefront does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe may collect device and transaction information and use necessary cookies or similar technologies for its services. Stripe's role and practices are described in its Privacy Policy. Our stores share a Stripe account, so the main account's business identity may appear during payment or on receipts.
Why we use information
We use information to process and fulfill purchases, arrange shipping, provide support, administer returns and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the service, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not use order information for unrelated advertising. Where a lawful basis is required, these uses rely on performance of the purchase contract, compliance with legal obligations, or proportionate legitimate interests in running a secure business. If an activity requires consent, we will request it before that activity and provide a way to withdraw it.
Local storage, cookies and tracking
The storefront stores product identifiers and quantities in your browser's local storage to keep your shopping cart. You can clear it through the cart or browser settings. It is not an advertising identifier. The standard storefront contains no advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or third-party marketing scripts. Stripe's hosted payment page and security infrastructure may use storage necessary for checkout and fraud prevention. Blocking necessary technologies can prevent checkout from working. We will update this policy and obtain any required consent before adding optional tracking.
When information is shared
We share only information reasonably necessary with payment processors, hosting providers, delivery partners and professional advisers who support the order or business. Authorized staff and service providers must use appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, protect rights or investigate fraud. In a business transfer, information may transfer under safeguards and applicable notice requirements. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We keep order and support records only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, returns, dispute resolution and applicable tax, accounting or other legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Retention can differ by record type and legal requirement; you may ask us for details. We use access restrictions, encrypted network connections and separate protected order storage. No system is completely secure. If a security incident creates a notification obligation, we will provide the required notices. Backups are access-controlled and expire under our operational retention schedule.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion, or ask about information we hold. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, an appeal or an authorized agent. Contact support@amosesclothing.us with enough information to locate your records; do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is specifically needed and a secure channel is provided. We verify requests using appropriate information and respond within applicable deadlines. We may retain records required by law or necessary to protect legal claims. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Where applicable, you may complain to your privacy regulator or state authority.
Children and international access
This store is directed to adults and is not designed to collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can take appropriate action. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where transfer safeguards are legally required, we use appropriate safeguards; contact us for applicable details. Privacy protections can differ between countries.
Policy updates
We will publish changes with a new revision date and provide additional notice or seek consent when required. This policy describes the standard operation of this storefront and must be updated before our practices materially change.
