1. About these terms

Amosesclothing, available at https://amosesclothing.us, is operated by AMOSES CLOTHING LLC. These terms govern your use of our website and purchases of physical goods. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in our footer. If you do not agree, do not place an order. You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live, or use this website with a parent or guardian who accepts responsibility. You must have authority to use the payment method you provide.

2. Information, products and availability

We aim to present accurate descriptions, sizing, photographs, prices and stock information. Colors and appearance can vary with your screen; sizing guidance is approximate unless stated otherwise. Products may become unavailable. We may correct errors and update information, but will not substitute products or increase an accepted order's price without your agreement. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you with available options, including cancellation and a refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights relating to misdescribed, defective or unsafe goods.

3. Prices and charges

All prices and payments are in United States dollars (USD), shown with the $ symbol. The applicable product price, shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Your bank may impose its own currency-conversion or other charges. Promotions apply only according to their published terms; offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We do not charge undisclosed fees after you place an order.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not that every item can be supplied. We accept an order when we confirm shipment or expressly confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, prohibited resale, an unsupported destination or a legal restriction. We apply these checks reasonably and consistently. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund the affected payment. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; changes may be impossible once an order is dispatched. Statutory cancellation rights remain available.

5. Payment through Stripe

Payment is processed on Stripe's hosted Checkout. Stripe and payment providers handle the card or payment credentials; our storefront does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We receive the payment status and information needed to administer your order. Our stores may use a shared Stripe account. Stripe's payment screens, receipts or your bank statement may therefore display the main account's legal business information or statement descriptor. We do not conceal the merchant's identity. 6. Shipping and delivery

Normal processing takes 2-5 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3-7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for destinations, charges, delays, tracking and delivery issues. Estimates do not remove our obligation to meet a shipment promise or offer appropriate cancellation and refund options. Provide a complete, deliverable address and contact us promptly if it is incorrect.

7. Returns and refunds

Our voluntary return request window is 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the Refund and Return Policy. That policy explains condition requirements, return instructions, costs and refunds. Legal rights for defective, misdescribed or undelivered goods take priority over our voluntary policy.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The website's content, designs, photographs, trademarks and software belong to us or their respective licensors. Your access grants a limited right to browse and make personal purchases; it does not transfer intellectual property. Do not reproduce or exploit content beyond applicable law or written permission. Do not submit false information, misuse payment methods, infringe others' rights, distribute malicious code, bypass security or purchase limits, interfere with the service, harvest personal data, or use the website unlawfully. Security research must not access other people's data or disrupt service; report issues through our support address.

9. Availability and third-party services

We may maintain, change or temporarily suspend the website. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Third-party services, including Stripe, have their own terms and privacy practices. External links do not give us control over another website. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us as your seller.

10. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, website access is provided as available without a guarantee of error-free operation. We do not exclude mandatory product warranties or other non-waivable consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Any permitted limit on our aggregate contractual liability for an order is the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, liability for personal injury where it cannot be excluded, or any liability that law prohibits us from limiting. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

To the extent allowed by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses and third-party claims directly caused by your unlawful use of this website, intentional infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these terms. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence or misconduct. We will notify you of a claim and allow reasonable participation in its defense; no settlement may impose an admission or non-monetary obligation on you without your consent.

12. Suspension, termination and severability

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security or legal requirements. Termination does not remove obligations concerning accepted orders, payments, refunds or rights already accrued. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as legally possible. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver.

13. Applicable law and disputes

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the law of the state where AMOSES CLOTHING LLC has its principal business address shown below, without applying conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the laws where you reside. Please contact us first to seek a practical resolution. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class actions or a jury trial.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a dated version. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an accepted order without your consent or a legal requirement. Keep a copy of the terms applicable to your purchase.
